Warren Properties is a bad employer.

I feel warren properties is not providing a healthy and safe place for residents... I have pictures to prove it!!!. buchanan or whom ever please get back with me. I would like to talk to someone about serious concerns!!

I am not an employee, I would NEVER have worked for such a *** up apartment management company! I lived there for four years, and witnessed many employees breaking the law, violating tenants rights, waxing their vehicles on company time and on Warren Property in Mobile, AL., and even reported one employee selling drugs, but the owners in Escondido, Ca., called me a liar! don't waste your time living there, find ANY other place to live!!!

Warren Properties Phoenix Area..I have been working for them for almost a year, as a desk clerk, the manager recently got fired and kicked off the property after being here for 6 years, for bogus reasons..and I have been running the office for 2 months all by myself with no raise just my 8 dollars an hour that they pay me, they refused to give me a raise or even my own apartment, but the maintenance manager here parties with the supervisors and gets special treatment, like he is getting the apartment that the manager lived in they are remodleing it for him..and he gets to hire on other workers to work for him and they also get apartments right away even before there 90 days are up..meanwhile i get nothing, just 8 dollars an hour and i pay for my own apartment they get mad if i work extra hours trying to catch up on all the work i have to do by myself...I FEEL THEY ARE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME AND ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO ADVANCE IN MY POSITION..I am already doing the job but not getting the credit for it IT SUCKS BIG TIME anyone have some solid advise for me..OVER WORKED AND UNDER PAID DESKCLERK

Warren properties was a fun place to work up until 2 1/2 yrs ago when the new supervisors took over area 7 now it has gone to the dogs.Don't go to work there because they have one set of rules for some and other rules for other.They say they go by the rules but they don't.So lets see what they say when i see my atty in a few weeks about a lawsuit againt them. My Atty says I have a good case because i did what they said I documented everything and have people can cal to back me up and emails.

Anything written good about the manager above is pretty much incorrect, this company does not care about their residents. If you call corporate, they ask to call you back, but the call never comes. If you were employed there, they do not answer nor give past employment referrences.

HjI am a current tenent at vineyard apartment. And I paid my rent and deposits. When. I moved in 730'90 I have all my reciepts 6 months later. They say I did. Not pay. My deposit. I have brought iny banj statements. Proving. I paid the imowners in California. Will. Not contact me they have. Gone through. 4 different. Manager they threaten me with eviction these people are crooks I have never been late and paid. All my deposits can someone. Help me thank you

man i hope this isnot tru of waren proparties cuz tayler in irving apartments is really a heard worker vinyard always brings in new people all the time but they shuldnot get riod of her she is relly triening to fix this place up but if you say they get riod of good workers then waren proparties will push her out cuz she is a relly goud worker

So is this why the irving apartmnets the vinyerads goes through so many employees, cuz they have a new crew in their every month and its getting old. the people they have in the office now are actually good and care about the people and the proeperty the lady that is the manager now I think her name is tayler she actually seems to have a degre or somthing becuas she is very professionall and really seems to work hard the last people musted up my payments real bad but she really tries and investigates situations man i hope they dont fire her to.

yet I am another employee that had never been written up in the 9 years i worked for this company and then one day just out of the blue come in an fire me. Reason being,,,not following company policy. Ha! how can you when they are always changing company policy. Warren Properties is a bad place to work for. now that the new manager has came in which has only been with the company for a little while everything in this complex has went to crap!

Thanks to all the folks that complained aboutWarren Properties, is this why they have open positions? They sound like a crap of a business.
