I completed an application with fee and was told I would hear something within 2-3 days. Not even an entire hour passed before someone called me and said I could not get the apartment and they did not have to give me any reason why.
I am submitting a detail account of the incident to their corporate office. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I intend to post a second review after I present the matter with the appropriate person in charge and the problem is unresolved. Payment were made via money order (I included the receipt number and payment receipt report).

Preferred solution: I should not be denied the right to rent a unit with no reason in writing or otherwise. I would be willing to seek further legal counsel if permitted to obtain an apartment as according to plan.
I liked: Representative who assisted me at front desk.
I didn't like: Company goes against ethical and business standard procedures.
